About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define business needs, document requirements, and support the delivery and improvement of applications and processes
Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to identify solutions, resolve issues, and improve service delivery
Lead business analysis activities to identify, document, and validate business needs, requirements, processes, and data or access needs
Work with stakeholders and IT partners to assess current and future state processes, evaluate solution options, and recommend practical improvements
Produce clear business analysis documentation and support solution delivery through design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution
Understand the processes, plans, objectives, drivers, policies, regulations, culture and issues related to IT’s business partners at the ASC
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenge assumptions, and support sound decision-making
Support change management, testing, and implementation activities in partnership with business units and project teams
Maintain best practices for requirements traceability, version control, change control, and stakeholder expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in IT, business, or an equivalent field
At least five years of related experience, including at least three years working with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
The demonstrated ability to apply advanced business analysis techniques to identify issues and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
Strong client focus, relationship management, and consultation skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
CBAP, BRMP, PMP, or related certification would be an asset
