About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define business needs, document requirements, and support the delivery and improvement of applications and processes
- Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to identify solutions, resolve issues, and improve service delivery
- Lead business analysis activities to identify, document, and validate business needs, requirements, processes, and data or access needs
- Work with stakeholders and IT partners to assess current and future state processes, evaluate solution options, and recommend practical improvements
- Produce clear business analysis documentation and support solution delivery through design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution
- Understand the processes, plans, objectives, drivers, policies, regulations, culture and issues related to IT’s business partners at the ASC
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenge assumptions, and support sound decision-making
- Support change management, testing, and implementation activities in partnership with business units and project teams
- Maintain best practices for requirements traceability, version control, change control, and stakeholder expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in IT, business, or an equivalent field
- At least five years of related experience, including at least three years working with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- The demonstrated ability to apply advanced business analysis techniques to identify issues and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Strong client focus, relationship management, and consultation skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- CBAP, BRMP, PMP, or related certification would be an asset
