About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify emerging issues and opportunities that support the branch’s strategic direction, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate work to address opportunities and drive continuous improvement to ensure branch business goals are met
- Conduct data reviews and trend analysis to explain, interpret and provide customized information to teams and leadership
- Identify data integrity issues and provide input on how to improve data processes
- Prepare raw data and associated reporting for use in branch planning
- Respond to routine and ad hoc data requests
- Coordinate and fulfill high-priority requests from leadership and stakeholders
- Contribute to enterprise projects and support subject matter experts
- Support business continuity planning and operational readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, project management, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an energy or regulatory environment that includes analytics, project work (leading projects), continuous improvement initiatives, and/or planning
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across teams
- Experience supporting projects or process improvement
- Strong communication skills bridging business and technical areas
