About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel) within the ALB network.
Listing setup and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO)
Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize each property's revenue
Reservation management and guest relations (messages, check-in, dispute resolution)
Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
Prospecting new property owners who want to delegate the management of their assets
