About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel) as part of the ALB network.
- Listing setup and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO)
- Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize each property's revenue
- Reservation management and guest relations (messaging, check-ins, dispute handling)
- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospecting new property owners who want to delegate the management of their property
Requirements
What you’ll need- You can persuade and build trust with property owners
- You come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality...): motivation matters most
- You want the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a structured network
