About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As an independent Property Manager within the ALB network, you will manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties with a professional, structured approach.
- Property sourcing: identifying and onboarding new properties into management
- Full operational management: scheduling, vendors/service providers, maintenance, quality standards
- Revenue management: optimizing occupancy rates and pricing
- Guest experience: end-to-end management of the traveler/guest experience
- Portfolio growth: gradually expanding your portfolio of managed properties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
- Backgrounds accepted from real estate, sales/retail, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation matters most
- Desire for the autonomy of an independent contractor combined with the support of a structured network
- Aim to build long-term recurring income rather than a capped salary
