About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will become ALB’s primary contact for your area.
- Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical and unconventional accommodations).
- Operations: Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).
Requirements

- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your desire to learn and to do a great job is what counts.
