Requirements

What you’ll need

The candidate must be a member and in good standing of the California State Bar.
3-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice.
Proficiency in case management and reporting software.
Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.
Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.
Court appearances and some travel required.
Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
