About the role
- Telephone prospecting
- Drive customer retention with a strong customer focus and generate additional sales through up- and cross-selling
- Ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction; no hard selling
- Create added value for alao customers and advise them on alao products and services
- Handle written and telephone customer contacts (inbound and outbound)
- Develop and implement your own ideas for campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in (tele)sales OR career changers with a natural sales aptitude
- 2+ years' experience in telco, e‑commerce, marketplaces, insurance, or subscription services is an advantage
- Highly motivated to sell with a professional appearance
- Sense of humor, charm, and persuasive ability
- Independent working style with above-average commitment
- Extensive experience in direct written and telephone customer contact
- Languages: German (or Swiss German) – native
- English – very good
- French – a plus
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Computer skills: comfortable with modern IT applications, proficient in MS Excel & Word, and quick to learn new software tools (CRM and dedicated applications).
