About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of service plans per country/region in collaboration with the Sales Manager Nordics and Key Account Managers
  • Drive the implementation of service offerings across customers, networks, chains, and distributors
  • Gather and analyze customer needs in close cooperation with the Sales & Marketing organization
  • Actively participate in key phases of the sales process for prospects
  • Travel regularly within the Nordic region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and local market networks
  • Use CRM and other reporting tools to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date customer data
  • Deliver periodic progress reports, proactively share market trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Work experience – Collision repair and/or automotive industry experience is highly preferred
  • Experience from B2B environments such as paints & coatings industry
  • Customer/segment profiling and a minimum of +9 years of experience in technical services and support
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret KPIs and key business metrics
  • Problem solving and stakeholder management with the ability to drive and implement change with customers
  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field is considered a merit
  • Speak a Scandinavian language, Swedish is considered a merit.
