Business Operations, Vendor Strategy Lead – Streaming Platforms

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage operational governance across platform vendors and partner relationships
- Track monthly spend, invoices, forecasts, and budget alignment across multiple vendors
- Identify operational risks, cost optimization opportunities, and vendor performance gaps
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Tax, and Product teams on approvals and workflows
- Oversee commercial agreements, onboarding processes, and operational compliance
- Build and improve scalable business processes across platform operations
- Support revenue share workflows, partner reporting, and payment tracking
- Present operational and financial insights to business leadership
- Manage ongoing reporting and tracking across vendor, partner, and platform ecosystems
- Help support launch and ongoing operations of new streaming platform initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience within streaming, digital media, entertainment, gaming, music, or DTC platforms
- Strong operational and financial literacy with ability to manage spend tracking and reporting
- Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced startup-like environments
- Proven ability to improve workflows and operational processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter capable of operating with minimal oversight
