Key responsibilities & impact

Organize and maintain architectural and engineering drawing libraries in digital and hard copy formats
Coordinate background drawing distribution with architects, engineers, and project managers
Review CAD files from external vendors for compliance with CAD layering standards
Manage drawing management systems and document distribution for construction projects
Update redline markups and maintain accurate as-built drawings
Release updated drawings into Archibus and maintain studio lot documentation
Create dimensioned plans, elevations, and construction documents for internal projects
Conduct field verifications and update drawings based on site conditions
Maintain CAD standards, detail standards, signage standards, and space standards
Support studio operations, events, facilities, parking, and security teams with drawing requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

Architectural or engineering background
Experience supporting facilities, construction, or property management environments
Strong understanding of construction drawings and building codes
Experience managing large drawing sets and document control processes
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
