About the role

  • Role Summary: HHSC seeks a Project Manager to lead modifications and enhancements to the Financial Data Warehouse within the Administrative Applications Production Data Services team. The PM will establish and run Agile (Scrum) ceremonies, align stakeholders, manage scope/schedule/budget, and produce standard PM artifacts (charters, work plans, status, risk/issue logs). The role requires strong communication with business and IT, the ability to translate complex technical designs and business processes, and occasional after-hours/on-call support.
  • Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery for Financial Data Warehouse enhancements and related reporting initiatives. Stand up and run Agile/Scrum practices; align PMI framework with Agile execution. Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, schedules, status reports, risk/issue logs, and other artifacts. Coordinate with product owners, developers, data/BI teams, and leadership; prepare and deliver executive presentations. Ensure quality, compliance, and traceability across business and technical objectives. Provide technical support during work hours and on-call as needed.
