Hybrid work arrangement with 3 onsite days and 2 remote days in Austin, TX

11+ years of hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems
11+ years of proven collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
10+ years of experience applying UX principles to responsive and accessible interfaces
10+ years of experience creating wireframes and prototypes for agile development cycles
5+ years of experience designing diagrams and visual narratives for workflows, timelines, and system architecture
3+ years of experience facilitating workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders
3+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent)
3+ years of strong multitasking skills to manage multiple design streams concurrently
