About the role
- Administer and optimize the Operative.One Order Management System (OMS) for 1,000+ users across digital ad campaigns.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and Ad Operations teams to improve workflows and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Investigate and resolve platform issues and integration bugs to ensure stability and uptime.
- Advise on UI configurations across user modules and validate new features in sandbox environments prior to production release.
- Configure targeting options, approval rules, and custom fields; manage product creation and integrations with CRM, billing, and ad-serving systems.
- Communicate planned/unplanned outages and support leadership with integration and configuration initiatives.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience managing an Order Management System (Operative.One, Salesforce, YieldX, Google Ad Manager, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Operative.One
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Working knowledge of relational databases and system integrations
- Understanding of digital advertising lifecycle (“pitch-to-pay”)
- Experience supporting applications in Agile environments
