Craft exceptional copy across digital products and services
Bring a combination of strategic, conceptual, and copywriting skills to each brief
Develop compelling copy that is clear, human, and appropriate
Write and organize copy at the component level
Apply or develop familiarity with AEO and GEO writing principles
Contribute to content operations deliverables beyond copy output
Collaborate closely with design, UX, strategy, and product teams
Work within sprint-based delivery cadences
Engage directly with client stakeholders
Proofread and quality-check your own work rigorously

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience writing copy for digital products and services
An AI-forward working style
Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or another regulated industry
A portfolio that reflects audience-centric thinking
A systems thinker as much as a writer
Experience writing across UX content, interface copy, campaign concepting, and long-form digital content
Strong grasp of tone and the ability to adapt voice appropriately
Proficiency in Figma
