About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Champion the WPP Open platform within the agency.
Analyze the operational processes (within the global methodology) currently used at AKQA.
Deliver tangible resources to the team.
Iterate on the technical implementation and maintain updated process documentation.
Assist the WPP Open product team in helping to migrate new features into the AKQA environments.
Partner with our enterprise technology and IT teams, and AI Transformation Lead to coordinate, calculate, and negotiate the pricing and contracts of our AI tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recent use cases that demonstrate knowledge of AI concepts and proficiency with AI tools and platforms.
Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives, and educating teams.
Skilled in moving initiatives from concept to implementation, and managing multiple priorities in ways that ensure timely delivery.
A strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen, able to understand overarching business objectives and identify new areas of opportunity.
Effective leadership and collaboration skills that drive change, foster cross-functional teamwork, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Able to pivot as needed to meet emerging opportunities and challenges, leading through change with a growth and learning mindset.
Results-oriented, analytical thinker driven to define and track KPIs, measure effectiveness of initiatives, and prove ROI.
