About the role

  • Define end-to-end test strategy for complex engagements
  • Write clear, reusable test cases using BDD/Gherkin formats
  • Lead test execution across multiple test types (functional, regression, exploratory, etc.)
  • Author and maintain automated test suites using Playwright
  • Validate implementation against experience design specifications
  • Communicate test status and quality risks to stakeholders
  • Support release gate decisions with quality assessments
  • Raise concerns when quality risks are present
  • Partner with engineers on defect triage and root-cause analysis
  • Conduct accessibility testing according to WCAG/ADA standards
  • Provide accurate level of effort estimates for projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA experience with focus on large-scale digital experiences
  • Demonstrated independence as a primary QA practitioner
  • Familiarity with headless SaaS platforms and testing for API-driven architectures
  • Proficiency in modern test automation frameworks (preferably Playwright)
  • Experience with cross-browser testing platforms and test management tools
  • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 for accessibility requirements
  • Expertise in structured test case authoring using BDD/Gherkin formats
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize defects by business impact
