Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Security or related fields
  • Experience in the role: Experience in information security is not required, but candidates must have a technical profile and be enrolled in relevant training or a degree program
  • Work experience: 1 year or more
  • Hiring location: São Paulo – the company is temporarily operating in a hybrid model, alternating between office and home office. The position can be negotiated for professionals from other cities and states.
  • Intermediate English for conversation and handling technical tickets
  • Candidates with prior support experience and knowledge of infrastructure
  • Knowledge of networking and infrastructure
  • Required knowledge of log management (consolidation, Windows Event Logs, Linux logs)
  • Knowledge of incident and problem handling and troubleshooting of viruses/ransomware
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (authentication and authorization processes)
  • Knowledge of software vulnerability analysis/scanning products
  • Knowledge of patch management and updates for corporate Windows environments
  • Availability for pre-sales and post-sales tasks
  • Organized, able to document, and capable of selecting learning materials
  • Meeting one or more of the competencies listed is highly valued
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with project implementations (scoping, documentation, and delivery)
  • Preferable knowledge in SIEM/Event Management
  • Experience in managing Information Security events
  • Experience in log traceability to identify root causes of problems/incidents
  • Knowledge of antivirus and EDR, endpoint and server protection configurations, as well as event management and administration
  • Familiarity with CASB, CIAM, MDM, EDR, virtualization, load balancers, or related technologies is a plus.
