About the role

  • Design appropriate document structures for optimal read and write performance
  • Optimize and improve query performance
  • Implement security best practices
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability during migration.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MongoDB's flexible schema model
  • Proficiency in MongoDB Advanced CRUD operation and complex aggregation pipelines
  • Knowledge of Database indexing techniques and strategies
  • Experience in MongoDB’s high availability and failover, vertical and horizontal scalability
  • Proficiency with MongoDB Atlas, Shell, compass, native tools and drivers
  • Experience and understanding of data lifecycle, architecture, modeling
  • Understanding of relational database systems (SQL)
  • Expertise in ETL/ ELT processes and tools
  • Strong understanding of Kafka Design patterns is nice to have
  • Proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, Spring boot for migration scripts and automation.
