About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You design and orchestrate global Windows Autopilot rollouts, optimize the Enrollment Status Page (ESP), and shape the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) to deliver the best user experience while maintaining the highest security standards.
You take ownership of full lifecycle endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, including complex Win32 app packaging and granular compliance configurations.
You implement and harden identity solutions within Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management).
You securely migrate customers from classic SCCM/ConfigMgr environments into modern co-management scenarios and cloud-attached infrastructures.
You eliminate redundancy through automation using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of relevant enterprise experience focused on Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and the M365 security stack (Defender for Endpoint).
Ideally you hold current certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator).
Deep understanding of hybrid scenarios (Entra Join vs. Hybrid Join) and the associated challenges (VPN, certificates, DNS).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or solid knowledge in administering and hardening Linux endpoints is a significant advantage.
