About the role

  • Design, administration and maintenance of SAP roles and authorizations (including in the Fiori environment) and execution of user management
  • Responsible coordination, execution and documentation of SAP transports across the system landscape
  • System monitoring (utilization, performance, error states) of SAP systems
  • Development and implementation of backup and recovery strategies
  • Integration and support of interfaces (RFC, IDoc, web services, etc.)
  • Technical administration and support of SAP BTP, the C4C system and the Integration Suite, including all interfaces
  • Support for license management
  • Point of contact for system-related questions during internal and external audits
  • Active management and coordination of the services provided by our external hosting partner (e.g., system provisioning, system copies, upgrades, patching, etc.)

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience with SAP Basis administration or integration scenarios
  • Technical understanding of system architecture, databases and networks
  • Affinity for IT security, performance optimization and system stability
  • Willingness to develop deep expertise in new SAP technologies (e.g., BTP, C4C, Integration Suite)
  • Independent, structured working style combined with strong team skills
  • Analytical abilities and solution-oriented thinking
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
