About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for employees and managers and support them through all phases of the employee life cycle within your area of responsibility.
- In close collaboration with the Recruiting, People Development, Compensation & Analytics teams, you solve both operational and strategic issues and implement projects together.
- You actively contribute to cross-functional projects and take ownership of defined HR projects that you help shape.
- You ensure the continuous review, standardization, and optimization of HR processes, workflows, policies and regulations.
- You work closely with the local works council and maintain a constructive cooperation.
- You actively help shape the HR strategy and implement initiatives that promote a positive corporate culture and strengthen employee engagement.
Requirements
- You have more than 5 years of hands-on experience in human resources as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- You possess solid theoretical and practical knowledge of German labor law.
- Ideally, you have prior experience supporting HR for various European countries.
- You are characterized by strong commitment and a drive to make an impact.
- You have excellent communication and advisory skills.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
