About the role
- Management of approximately 70 nursing professionals, nursing service managers (PDL), nursing assistants & domestic staff
- Responsibility for personnel management including recruitment, motivation, performance objectives & deputising arrangements
- Oversight & coordination of client admissions, waiting list management & biographical work
- Implementation & compliance with quality standards, support during MDK inspections
- Optimal design of routing, shift & resource planning
- Collaboration with executive management, physicians, authorities & other relevant stakeholders
- Responsibility for and execution of billing/claims processing
- Planning and delivery of in-service training and team development measures
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a nursing specialist (e.g., geriatric nurse, registered nurse)
- Management-related further qualification of at least 460 hours according to §71 SGB XI qualifying for the role of responsible nursing specialist / head of nursing service
- Leadership experience in healthcare with a focus on intensive care
- Confident use of IT-supported documentation systems
- Composure, team orientation, patience & empathy
- Driving licence (category B)
