About the role
- Management of approximately 70 nursing professionals, nursing managers (PDL), nursing assistants & domestic staff
- Responsibility for personnel management including recruitment, motivation, target setting & deputizing
- Monitoring & coordination of client admissions, waiting-list management & biographical work
- Implementation & compliance with quality standards, support during audits by the Medical Service (MDK)
- Optimal design of route, shift & resource planning
- Collaboration with executive management, physicians, authorities & other relevant stakeholders
- Responsibility for and execution of service billing
- Planning and delivery of continuing education and team development measures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse, registered nurse)
- Leadership-related further training of at least 460 hours according to §71 SGB XI qualifying for responsible nursing specialist / nursing service management
- Leadership experience in healthcare with a focus on intensive care
- Confident use of IT-supported documentation/electronic documentation systems
- Composure, team orientation, patience & empathy
- Driving licence class B
