About the role
- Provide 1:1 care for our medically complex clients in our facilities or in their own homes
- Support clients' participation in social activities and in school/work life
- Carry out treatment nursing and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Create and update care plans to ensure needs-based and optimal care for our clients
- Ensure quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a professional nurse (health and nursing nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Completed basic course in intensive care/ventilation
- Enjoys taking responsibility and working independently
- Strong team skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Required: Driving licence class B (car)
