About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex clients in our facilities or in their own homes
- Support clients in participating in social activities and school and work life
- Perform treatment nursing and activating basic care in accordance with our nursing and expert standards
- Create and update care plans to provide needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensure care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a registered nurse (general nurse, geriatric nurse or equivalent)
- Completed basic course in intensive care/ventilation
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Valid driving license (Class B / category B)
