About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex clients
- Supporting clients in participating in social activities and working life
- Carrying out treatment-related nursing and activating basic care in accordance with our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse)
- Enjoyment of responsible, independent work
- Strong teamwork skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desired: Class B driving license (car license)
