About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Assisting clients with participation in social activities
- Administering therapeutic nursing interventions and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-based and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Enjoy working in a responsible and independent role
- Team player with empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Class B driving license preferred
