About the role
- 1:1 care for our medically complex clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities and working life
- Carrying out treatment and activating basic nursing care in accordance with our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring the quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Qualified nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Enjoys responsible and independent work
- Team player with strong empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desirable: Class B driver's license
