About the role
- Monitoring of non-invasive vital parameters, including seizure and oxygen monitoring
- Basic and treatment nursing care tailored to the individual needs of the patient
- Implementation of prophylactic measures (e.g., positioning, skin protection, contracture prevention)
- Independent nursing documentation
- Participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with parents, therapists & physicians
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse, registered nurse)
- Specialized further training or professional experience in out-of-hospital (extraclinical) intensive care is a plus but not required
- Calm demeanor, patience & empathy
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
