About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, acquire and onboard new manufacturing and assembly partners
- Request and analyze quotes and assign orders strategically
- Work closely with partners to ensure quality and performance
- Collect feedback and improve processes together
- Analyze complaints and exceptions, including deriving concrete corrective actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
- Strong communication skills, empathy and confident presence
- Strong German and English skills (business fluent in spoken and written)
- Initial experience in operations, supply chain or partner management is a plus
