Junior Account Manager – Full-time

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support our existing customers by phone, build a strong network, and actively promote our services.
- You independently manage your own client portfolio with a focus on long-term relationships.
- You prepare tailored proposals and support projects through to successful implementation.
- You maintain regular communication with our partners and nurture collaborative relationships.
- You are in continuous dialogue with your customers, identify optimization opportunities together with your team colleagues, and share relevant insights internally.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills and empathy, especially on the phone
- Independent working style and ability to manage your own time
- Flexibility, as continuous adaptation of workflows is one of our success factors
- Good problem-solving skills
- Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for learning new things
- Good written and spoken German and English — additional languages are a plus
- Commercial or equivalent vocational training, or alternatively professional experience in a sales role
