About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for the corporate website, focusing on organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign-ups
  • Collaborate with Onboarding and Website teams to design and deliver a best-in-class self-serve customer experience
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimental design with GTM, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Lead hypothesis generation, design, execution, and analysis end to end
  • Work with Design and UX teams to improve site navigation, information architecture, and core user flows
  • Analyze website performance data to identify drop-off points, user behavior patterns, and growth opportunities
  • Communicate website performance insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and Product teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and the overall customer journey
  • Lead a design, data, and engineering team to generate commercial impact through the corporate website

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of overall professional experience in Product Management
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Experience owning a corporate website product
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principles insights
  • Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and execute ideas quickly
  • Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
  • Experience balancing user requirements and commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to attend the San Francisco office 3 days per week
