About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the product strategy for significant parts of Airwallex’s lending platform
Lead highly ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across various lending processes
Identify and evaluate major market opportunities and translate them into roadmaps
Partner closely with leaders across various functions to align on strategy
Shape product and business trade-offs across growth and risk performance
Build scalable product frameworks and operating models
Work with external stakeholders to unlock product capability
Use data and customer insight to refine strategy and improve performance
Mentor other product managers to raise the standard of product craft

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of overall professional experience
Substantial product management experience in fintech, financial services, lending, or other complex regulated domains
Strong track record of leading large, ambiguous product areas from strategy through execution and measurable business impact
Deep experience building, scaling, or significantly evolving lending, credit, or embedded finance products
Strong commercial and analytical judgment
Proven ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic achievement
