About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered products
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI features and platforms
Define and champion the product vision and roadmap
Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams
Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives
Build and ship AI/ML-powered products
Lead the development of customer service and support automation
Ensure compliance, transparency, and responsible AI practices
Launch products across multiple regions and languages
Mentor and lead other product managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product management experience owning core product areas end-to-end for complex products
Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products
Deep technical fluency in modern ML systems
Data-driven, growth-oriented problem solver
Strong analytical rigor and experience running experiments
Builder mindset and stakeholder management skills
