Oversee Airwallex’s global forecasting engine and develop statistical models
Lead development of causal inference frameworks
Drive AI roadmap to optimize insights and business efficiency
Scale and lead a team of data scientists and engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in data science, analytics, or applied ML
5+ years leading teams at scale
Strong expertise in causal inference, time-series forecasting, applied ML
Proficiency in SQL and Python/R
Experience with modern data stacks (Airflow, Databricks, dbt, Snowflake)
Experience working directly with executive leadership
Hands-on experience with advanced forecasting, causal inference, or machine learning models
