About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and coordinate calendar for executives across multiple time zones
- Act as the point of contact for internal/external stakeholders requiring time and/or action
- Proactively coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue and technology, documenting minutes etc.
- Confirm travel arrangements, including (but not limited to) flight and hotel bookings, transfers, visa coordination, and other local requirements
- Manage expenses and invoices
- Assist in preparing documents and presentations
- Assist with ad hoc/situational requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 years of experience in EA/ABP role supporting senior executives
- Diligence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership–particularly in relation to confidential and sensitive matters
- Appetite for new challenges and opportunities
- Experience fostering a positive, spirited and collaborative working environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with technologies such as Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, and Zoom
