Develop processes to drive high conversion rates and accelerate deal closure across the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound SME prospects.
Enable the team to negotiate, close, onboard, and activate SME clients efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Establish structured communication channels and collaboration frameworks between the Global Sales Team and regional sales teams.
Develop sales playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and closing strategies tailored to the ANZ market; provide structured training.
Implement quality control measures including sales call reviews, deal win-loss analysis, and structured feedback loops.
Operate across ANZ time zones to provide real-time support and partner with regional sales leadership to scale global GTM strategy; adapt to flexible working hours.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in high-performance AE, ISR, or SDR roles, with 2+ years leading global sales teams.
Proven track record in hiring, training, and developing top-tier sales talent.
Deep expertise in B2B full-cycle sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation.
Experience working across global time zones and managing international sales teams.
Strong familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement tools, CRM workflows, and automation strategies.
Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in or understanding of the fintech/payments industry (preferred, but not required).
