• Enable the team to negotiate, close, and onboard SME clients efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Establish structured communication channels and collaboration frameworks between the Global Sales Team and regional sales teams.
• Develop and refine sales playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and closing strategies tailored to the ANZ market.
• Provide structured training on contract negotiation and deal closure tactics.
• Implement quality control measures, including sales call reviews, deal win-loss analysis, and structured feedback loops.
• Operate in a multi-time-zone environment, ensuring real-time support for Airwallex’s global markets.
• Partner strategically with regional sales leadership to scale Airwallex’s global GTM strategy.
• Adapt to flexible working hours to maintain alignment with ANZ sales operations.
• Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound SME prospects in the assigned region, including lead generation, qualification, discovery, solutioning, deal closure, contract negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
• Ensure seamless collaboration and optimize workflows between the Global Sales Team and regional sales teams to drive consistent revenue growth.
