Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role
  • Skilled in SQL, data manipulation, and transformation - bonus points for dbt know-how.
  • Confident using GENAI tools and relational databases - building clear, impactful data visualisations (Tableau experience a plus!).
  • Strong grasp of data science fundamentals, with a knack for applying mathematical and statistical reasoning.
  • A curious analyst who thrives on digging into data, spotting patterns, and making sense of complexity.
  • Passionate about connecting the dots between numbers, customer experience, and business outcomes.
  • Able to shape a compelling story from data and communicate it clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented, with a high bar for quality and impact in everything you do.
  • Collaborative by nature, you enjoy building relationships and working cross-functionally.
  • Natural educator with a talent for sharing knowledge and elevating data literacy across teams.
