About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set the standard for high level artistry, attitude and capability within the field.
Thoroughly independent in your craft, able to take on any task with little guidance and deliver best-in-class assets.
Supported by both department Lead and Principal, and offer support and mentorship to other artists.
Act as interim project lead when needed or provide support for trainee to mid-level artists.
Create cinematically and lighting skillsets to bring scenes to life.
Able to actualize environment concept art in-engine.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A demonstrable portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality environment & level artwork across multiple project types.
Ability to create large scale landscapes from scratch in Unreal Engine & Unity.
Good understanding of terrain and foliage tools inside Unreal Engine 5.
Experience with terrain generation tooling such as Gaea or World Creator.
Solid grasp of the fundamentals of cinematography including composition, framing, colour & light.
Proficiency with industry standard tooling and workflows.
Experience with and understanding of PCG is a bonus.
