About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end design of complex booking journeys, utilizing advanced user flow mapping to eliminate friction and optimize conversion rates for our flight and hotel products
Push the boundaries of our product experience by integrating high-fidelity motion design and contributing to the evolution of our mature design system
Mentor and grow junior designers by demonstrating what great quality (of design craft) looks like in practice, communication, and strategic thinking
Partner with Product and Data teams to translate behavioral metrics and A/B testing results into design improvements that move the needle on key business outcomes
Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility while maintaining an intuitive, consistent experience across all platforms (web and mobile app)

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in product design, with a deep portfolio focused on complex B2C transactional flows (E-commerce or Travel experience is a significant plus)
Mastery of information architecture and user flow design; you can untangle complex requirements into simple, intuitive paths
Good skills in motion design and a sophisticated understanding of how to leverage and contribute to large-scale design systems
Exceptional Communication: The ability to articulate the 'why' behind design decisions to senior leadership and influence product strategy through persuasive storytelling
A 'Lead by Doing' Mentality: You are still a hands-on builder who loves the 'pixels' as much as the 'big picture'
