About the role

  • Product ownership at the implementation level
  • You ensure that product ideas, requirements and constraints are translated into effective, user-centered solutions.

  • You work closely with stakeholders, structure requirements, and make well-founded product decisions with a focus on value, feasibility and quality.

  • You work continuously with internal teams and external development service providers to ensure clear, efficient collaboration.

  • You facilitate agile ceremonies, promote continuous improvement and support the team in working effectively and in a self-organized way.
  • Regulated environment
  • You pragmatically integrate software requirements for regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485) into product development and work processes.
  • Tool-supported product work
  • You use established tools—particularly from the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g., Jira, Confluence)—to ensure transparency, structure and traceability.

Requirements

  • Several years of solid experience as a Product Owner in software product development (required)
  • Deep understanding of agile product development according to SCRUM
  • Ideally a Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification
  • Experience in developing software for regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharma, HealthTech)
  • Routine use of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Ability to take responsibility, make decisions and provide direction
  • Clear, structured communication and a strong understanding of users and the market.
