Requirements
- Several years of solid experience as a Product Owner in software product development (required)
- Deep understanding of agile product development according to SCRUM
- Ideally a Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification
- Experience developing software in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, HealthTech)
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to take responsibility, make decisions, and provide direction
- Clear, structured communication and a strong understanding of users and the market.
