Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience
- 2-4 years in management roles
- Proven track record leading technical AI/ML projects
- Hands-on technical skills: Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, and production AI deployment patterns
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and AI use cases
- Experience with change management and executive communication in startup environments
