About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure and evolve navigation and information architecture across a large, complex product
Design personalization so the right information reaches the right role at the right time across distinct user types
Create user-centered, accessible designs aligned with Aidn's design system and product principles
Prototype and test designs based on real research
Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life
Communicate design decisions clearly across product teams
Participate in user research with clinicians and case handlers
Own navigation and information architecture expertise across product areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of design experience
Experience in product, UX, UI, service, or digital design
Information architecture experience for complex products and specialized systems
Experience structuring or restructuring navigation or information architecture across multiple product areas
Experience designing personalization based on role, context, or behavior
Regular use of AI as part of design work
Ability to prototype real, working software with agentic tools
Ability to automate parts of own workflow
Strong user-centered design skills, including research, testing, and iteration
Ability to communicate complex ideas simply to a wide range of stakeholders
Experience working independently and collaboratively
Portfolio required (link or PDF)
SaaS or high-paced product environment experience is a plus
Familiarity with healthcare, welfare services, or municipal systems is a plus
