About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure and evolve navigation and information architecture across a large, complex product
  • Design personalization so the right information reaches the right role at the right time across distinct user types
  • Create user-centered, accessible designs aligned with Aidn's design system and product principles
  • Prototype and test designs based on real research
  • Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life
  • Communicate design decisions clearly across product teams
  • Participate in user research with clinicians and case handlers
  • Own navigation and information architecture expertise across product areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of design experience
  • Experience in product, UX, UI, service, or digital design
  • Information architecture experience for complex products and specialized systems
  • Experience structuring or restructuring navigation or information architecture across multiple product areas
  • Experience designing personalization based on role, context, or behavior
  • Regular use of AI as part of design work
  • Ability to prototype real, working software with agentic tools
  • Ability to automate parts of own workflow
  • Strong user-centered design skills, including research, testing, and iteration
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively
  • Portfolio required (link or PDF)
  • SaaS or high-paced product environment experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with healthcare, welfare services, or municipal systems is a plus
