Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
Lead project teams and support sprint planning activities
Mentor junior consultants and team members
Implement advanced automation, integrations, and Salesforce optimization initiatives
Perform data migrations, including data validation and integrity checks
Collaborate closely with clients to map business processes and resolve technical challenges
Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Salesforce Administrator certification
At least two additional Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Data Cloud)
Proven experience designing and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions
Strong knowledge of Data Cloud and its integration with Marketing Cloud
Journey Builder
Experience designing complex data models and scalable automation frameworks
Experience leading client workshops, building proof-of-concepts, and preparing technical estimates
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Tableau, Einstein Analytics, or similar tools
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
