Outside Sales

• Client Prospecting: Identify and approach new clients, including supermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, and other compatible establishments;
• Customer Service and Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service, understand client needs, and maintain strong relationships to ensure loyalty;
• Negotiation and Closing Sales: Present products, answer questions, negotiate prices and payment terms, aiming to close sales in line with established targets;
• Product Restocking and Merchandising: Ensure products are well distributed and organized at points of sale, maintaining correct display and preservation of ice cream products;
• Stock Monitoring: Monitor clients' stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses, suggesting strategic replenishments;
• Freezer Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning and maintenance of freezers at points of sale according to company guidelines, ensuring proper product preservation and a good presentation of equipment;
• Support for Collections: Assist in tracking payments and resolving financial issues when necessary;
• Recordkeeping and Reporting: Keep visit records, orders, and client feedback up to date, providing information to the commercial team for decision-making;
• Strategic Action: Identify opportunities for sales growth, suggesting promotional actions or strategies to increase the brand's market share;
• Meeting Targets: Work in an organized and proactive manner to achieve the company's defined commercial objectives;
• Representing the Company: Represent the company professionally, conveying trust and credibility to clients;
