Outside Sales

• Client prospecting: Identify and approach new customers, including supermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, and other suitable establishments;
• Customer service and relationship management: Provide excellent service, understand customer needs, and maintain strong relationships to encourage loyalty;
• Negotiation and closing sales: Present products, answer questions, negotiate prices and payment terms, aiming to close sales in line with established targets;
• Product replenishment and organization: Ensure products are properly distributed and organized at points of sale, maintaining correct display and preservation of the ice cream;
• Inventory monitoring: Monitor customer inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock, and suggest strategic replenishments;
• Freezer cleaning and maintenance: Clean and maintain freezers at points of sale according to company guidelines, ensuring proper product preservation and a good presentation of the equipment;
• Support for collections: Assist in monitoring payments and resolving financial issues when necessary;
• Records and reporting: Keep visit records, orders, and customer feedback up to date, providing information to the commercial team for decision-making;
• Strategic activity: Identify opportunities to grow sales, suggesting promotions or strategies to increase the brand's market presence;
• Meeting targets: Work in an organized and proactive manner to achieve the company's commercial objectives;
• Protecting the company's image: Represent the company professionally, conveying confidence and credibility to customers;
