About the role

  • In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and the infrastructure to support our clients' needs.
  • Develop, design, and implement data platforms for our clients
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Work with both structured and unstructured data sources
  • Optimize data ingestion, processing, and storage
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and developers to ensure smooth data operations
  • Develop and maintain data modeling and database architecture
  • Estimate the effort required for your activities
  • Continuous, active learning in the field of AI
  • Share your knowledge with clients and the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data engineering, with a focus on big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)
  • Strong experience with Python, SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets at scale
  • Experience with data integration and implementing data governance policies
  • Ability to understand complex data requirements, communicate them, and develop appropriate technical solutions
